Common questions

I forgot my Apple ID or can't sign in.

Baddie Protocol uses Sign in with Apple, so the account you use is managed by Apple. If you can’t access your Apple ID, recover it at iforgot.apple.com. Once you’re back in, sign in to the app and your data will reappear.

A friend's invite code isn't working.

Invite codes are six characters and case-insensitive. Double check there’s no leading or trailing space, and make sure your friend has finished setting up their profile. If it still won’t connect, email us with both invite codes and we’ll take a look.

My day didn't advance / a task won't mark complete.

Day rollover happens at midnight in your device’s timezone. If something looks stuck, try pulling down on the Today screen to refresh, and confirm your device timezone is correct. If it persists, send us a screenshot and the approximate time it happened.

I want to restart my 75-day attempt.

Open Profile › Current attempt › Abandon attempt, then start a new one from the Today screen. Your completed attempts stay in your history.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile › Settings › Delete account in the app. This removes your profile, friends, attempts, completions, and uploaded photos within 30 days. If you can’t reach that screen for any reason, email us from the address tied to your account and we’ll handle it.

A friend is harassing me or posting inappropriate content.

Remove them from your friends list in the app immediately, then email us at lucky123kit@gmail.com with their display name or invite code. We review every report and take action on violations of our terms.

How do subscriptions and refunds work?

Subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel a subscription from Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reporting a bug

We squash bugs as quickly as we can. The more we know about what happened — what screen you were on, what you tapped, what you expected vs. what you saw — the faster we can ship a fix. Crash reports are sent automatically when you opt in during onboarding; sending a follow-up email helps us match the crash to your story.
